What is a CRA Digital Access Code (DAC)?
A Digital Access Code is a one-time credential issued by the Canada Revenue Agency that authenticates your organization before a Pillar Two electronic filing is transmitted. The CRA verifies your PT program account number, the calendar year of the filing, and three shared secrets tied to the GMT entity on record: its legal name, registration date, and postal or ZIP code. When all values match, the CRA returns a DAC you embed in your GIRN, GMTR, or GIR payload.
