How the guided GIR filing works

  1. Answer the questionnaire.Seven short screens cover the filing entity, the MNE group, each jurisdiction's summary and ETR computation, UTPR attribution and your CRA credentials. Answers save automatically in your browser.
  2. Review your answers. Every answer is listed for a final check before you accept the terms and authorize payment.
  3. Authorize payment. $2,199.00 CAD per filing, see pricing. A temporary hold is placed on your card; it is captured only after the CRA returns a confirmation number.
  4. Receive your confirmation. The CRA acknowledgement appears on screen and is emailed with your filing record and receipt.

If the CRA rejects the return

The CRA's messages are shown in plain language. Your payment authorization stays active, so you can correct the answers and resubmit without paying again. If the rejection is caused by a technical fault on our side we correct and retransmit at no charge. Questions? Contact support@pillar2.info.
