Enter the Digital Access Code from your CRA letter

The 15-character CRA program account number used when the original GIRN was filed (e.g. 123456789PT0001). Must match the account number on the submission you are querying.

The alphanumeric confirmation number issued by the CRA upon successful acceptance of a GIRN or GIR filing. Found in your original submission result.

Must match the fiscal year start from your original GIRN filing.

Must match the fiscal year end from your original GIRN filing.
